Our Return Policy

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.


  • Items purchased at Pokobags.com are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns made after 30 days from original order date. The original order date is the date you received an order confirmation email from us.
  • Items must be undamaged, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded. Clearance items cannot be returned. 
  • Returns must be shipped back in original shipping box or appropriate replacement box.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. 


  • If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order for the size that you need, as we cannot place any items on hold. Simply return your unworn item for a refund and place a new order. Please note we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order. 
  • For international returns, ship your order to the address provided in the email you received. Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund for your original order.

Defective and/or Incorrect items

The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the purchaser. Within the first six months of delivery it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the online store´s responsibility to prove otherwise.

  • If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately by emailing poko@pokobags.ee or by filling out the form on the bottom of this page. Poko will provide a free replacement or if the goods can not be replaced, a full refund for defective items when notified within 1 month of receipt, provided the items are unused and unwashed with all original tags attached. The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser.
  • The online store will respond to the consumer´s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 14 days.
